Initial Proposals - 2018 Review

2018 Review index | Resources | Electorate | Initial Proposals | Public Hearings

We published our Initial Proposals for constituencies on 20 October 2016 for a 12 week consultation period, lasting until 11 January 2017. Further information on our Initial Proposals is available below.

We are conducting a four week secondary consultation on our Initial Proposals for constituencies from 28 February until 27 March 2017. The purpose of the secondary consultation is to allow you to scrutinise and make remarks on all of the responses which we have received during the initial public consultation period, including the transcripts of the Public Hearings which were held in November and December.

The comments are available to view on the Commissionís interactive portal at Members of the public and other interested parties can read all the comments received during the initial public consultation and comment on them until 27 March.

You can submit comments on the portal at, by emailing or by writing to us at Boundary Commission for Scotland, Thistle House, 91 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh EH12 5HD.
